so far it seems that this bx error code comes up when trying to add blog list (one of Blogger.com's newest features)

this has also happened to me on a few occassions

there also seems to be the problem of one trying to add a specific blog but the return message says that the blog does not have a feed. If you are sure that you are entering in the right url for the blog list - then so far the best piece of advice seems to be to wait and try it again at a later time.
